This month, our special guest speaker is Jessica Locarnini.
Jessica is a Honey sommelier, international honey judge and sensory educator specialising in Australian honey.
She is the first Australian to become a certified member of the Italian Register of Honey Experts.
We will also be presenting all our regular features: the monthly book review, beginner’s corner, what’s growing in my back yard, raffle and supper!
